Our Shipping Policy:
We are dedicated to always providing the lowest possible shipping rate to our customers. Flat rate shipping is only available to United States addresses. We DO ship worldwide (Including APO/FPO addresses). Contact us for shipping costs.
Our goal is to have your order shipped to you in ONE business day. If a delay is unavoidable, we will let you know.
We make every attempt to maintain all items in stock (Over 20,000 items in stock!), however when there is heavy demand for an item we on occasion will be temporarily out of stock. We make every attempt to keep our store updated to advise you of items which are temporarily out of stock. Most items will be restocked within 1 week as we are constantly reordering. Again, if there is a substantial delay, we will let you know.
We ship by US Postal Priority Mail.
Some adult items may be shipped directly from our supplier.
We do not offer Overnight shipping at this time.
