OUR RETURN POLICY:

While your satisfaction will always be our number one priority, we are forced to make SOME restrictions on returns due the intimate nature of our products:

• Returns need prior authorization from us.
• Items which are defective due to manufacturing or were received in error can always be returned for exchange.
• Adult items such as "toys". Due to the nature of these products, only items sealed in the factory package may be returned.
• Clothing items MUST have the original tags still affixed.
• Clothing items which are "soiled, worn or laundered" are considered under Health Regulations as "other than new condition" and CANNOT be accepted for return.
• Items returned for any reason other than being defective as subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
• Returns (other than defective items) must be made within 20 calendar days of delivery.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Defective items will be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
